Using our bike maintenance tools and our garage is included for bikers.

The price listed is for two guests per night.

There is a supplement for any additional guest in the apartments: 15 euros per night for adults and 10 euros per night for guests under 12.

There is the possibility of adding a cot for children (including linen) in the bedrooms at 10 euros per night, to be requested at the time of booking. There is also the possibility of having highchairs and recliners on request at no additional cost.

Your beloved pets are welcome at no additional cost.

A local tax of 2.00 euros per day (only for the first three days of stay) will be charged per person (from 12 years old onward).

The cleaning fee for the apartments is 25 euros.

The cost may vary according to the length of your stay.

We will be happy to supply a more frequent service upon request; in this case, the price will be 12 euros per hour.

Check-in is from 2 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.

We would appreciate receiving an estimated arrival time so we can check you in personally.

Self-check-in can be done upon request (night hours)

Reservations are binding only after down payment (deposit) of 30% of the total stay.

Upon arrival, you can pay the bill by credit card, bank transfer or cash.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival.

Subsequently, the deposit will be retained as management costs.

For non-refundable rates, taking out insurance at the time of booking is possible.

BREAKFAST BASKET

Breakfast in the House is at extra cost and is extra delicious.

You can choose between two different baskets and order fresh bread.

Everything will be prepared for you by the nearby Bottega dei Sapori.
